I purchased some tickets off of your site and when the funds hit my card, I found out that the tickets I purchased weere no longer available. What do I need to do to get the funds back on my card??

You can email the seller and ask for a refund asap, or call the credit card co. and do a charge back.I

Just ask your seller to refund payment, and they should comply. Should they fail to respond or provide a refund, you will want to file a chargeback with your credit card company. If you have any issues with your seller, please send the details of the transaction to admin@webidz.com.

Note: Always try to resolve issues before filing a chargeback (like asking for a refund). Chargebacks can cause problems for sellers, and sellers may get upset and choose to delay your refund by disputing the chargeback (which could take up to 90 days or more).
