New Years Resolution!

Has anyone thought of their New Years Resolution yet?

I really just started thinking about it a few minutes ago and haven't made up my mind. I would like to hear some suggestions that all of you like to consider for a resolution.

When you make a resolution is it for a year, month or two?

I have not been a very good girl in the past with my resolutions, they leave my head as soon as I get the idea. LOL

Vel..I worked hard over Christmas even though I was sick. I lost about
15-18 pounds.. I am going to get stronger and healthier and lose the other 15 I want to
lose..NOT for vanity..for health and fitness.
I need to spend more time in spiritual study, meditation and prayer..Gonna do that as well.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not feeling well. I hope all is OK now and you can build your strength up again. Spiritual studying helps me alot all tho I need to be able to find the time to meditate. I will keep you in my prayers Lana and pray that you continue to get better.

Velvet..LOL, forgive me Honey..I did not notice your second post. Re: my illness, I am
NOT embarrassed to say..I have Crohn's disease(and have had most of my life)It is just
a cross that I have to bear..and so many folks have much worse. You also know from
talking to me on the phone that MUCH of my hearing is gone..It has never made me disabled
or handicapped. I am so grateful for all the Lords' blessings to me, JB (my 'JOHNNY') and
the kids and grans..lol, we have so much to be thankful for. I am so thankful for you and
our forum group here..we GOTTA build it up, my friend!! :) Bless you today and ALL-WAYS!:D
