If your seller accepts pay pal you can pay that way.
Scroll down the listing you are looking at, under the big picture of the item is the sellers forms of payment they will accept. If paypal is not listed there, then you cannot use paypal on that particular listing.
Are you bidding, or outright buying?

The listings work the same as other auction sites........it is either listed as an auction only (1 or more people place bids and the winner is the one with the highest bid at the end of auction), or an auction with the option to buy out, or a buy out only listing. If you are wanting to buy it for the price it says the buy out is, simply click on the words "buy out" under the pic at the top left hand side of the listing.

That is the currency they accept, and CAD is Canadian. You can click the "convert" link that is located next to the start bid amount, and use our currency converter to estimate that amount into a different currency, like US dollars.
