Hi,
I just joined Webidz because I have a lot to sell, and Ebay is getting on my nerves. They now have a mile-long list of things that can't be listed on their site.
My question is: Can I sell the following items that I'm not allowed to sell on Ebay? Opened/tested nail polish, and used skin care/moisturizers (most with a pump bottle).

If anyone can advise, I'd really appreciate it. The last thing I want to do is start trouble before I even get started :D

Thanks.

There would be no problem with such listings, as long as you are correctly advertising such products. Like advertising a product as unopened, when the contents are actually 20% missing would not be allowed. Please let us know if you have any additional questions, and welcome to WeBidz.

Luv,

It has been brought to our attention that opened cosmetics sometimes get infected by various bacteria, which has the potential to cause adverse effects to those using.

Just like any auction, we are not responsible for the product or effects of the products sold by our members. To protect yourself, we would strongly encourage using some sort of disclaimer in all your auctions. At this time a disclaimer is not a requirement for such products, but after further investigation this may need to be a requirement in the near future. So rather than you having to edit auctions in the future, it may be good to develop such a disclaimer in the beginning.
