Everytime I try to upload I receive the following:
Unknown column 'picpath' in 'field list'
Then after clicking Okay I get an Upload failed.
Downloading works fine though.

Yes, we have received this report a couple days ago and have a fix completed... But another bug was found with this fixed version, which is even worse that the bug you report. Once this second bug is worked out, we will upload to our server. We recommend checking for program updates daily, until you see there is a new version. Once you update, all should be good to go.
There is also a send invoice & leave feedback bug that should be fixed with the next release.
Thank you for your bug report. We welcome any further bug reports and/or suggestions you may have.

With so many functions, we expected to have some bugs. We tried to resolve all before releasing, but our testing only goes so far. Real world activity tends to really push the limits, and bring the bugs out.
We hope it is not too much of an inconvenience for our members, but we are working to make this the best auction management tool out there.
So if anyone ever has any suggestions, or knows of a tool that does more... Let us know. We still have many more updates in the development stages (over 200 hrs right now), and we are definitely willing to bump these numbers up.

The WAM is sooooo nice, but I have noticed that my auctions upload without any ZIP code location. I can find no field in the new auction or the preferences forms. Am I missing something?

Eric,
I have briefly looked into this, and it appears to be a bug. I will need to look into this further and contact our programmers to provide a fix. When we do get a resolution, your program should automatically let you know when there is an update available.
Thanks for the report.

Lol, Eric..I also found the same thing..also is there a space, Admin to add a fixed 'buy-out' price?
For some reason, no matter what start price I put in..buy out is showing $1.00..Perhaps this was
something left from when I loaded the program up long time ago?? ODD!!:p
The program is SUPER, Admin..Many many thanks!! :D

If you are have trouble uploading to the site check for security on your computer. I had a security that I didn't realize I had and it wouldn't let me upload. Shut off your firewalls and such like that then try to upload. you can turn them back on after you upload if that makes you feel better.

Lana,
I have looked into your $1.00 buy out issue. Evidently the auction manager has a default value of yes for buy out, and $1.00 default value for the price. So if you start a new auction, it will have buy out checked as yes, with a value of $1.00 for the buy out price. We will get this fixed, but everyone will need to be sure to check the options listed for buy out before saving the auction.

The auctions that are displaying wrong right now, you can change in the WAM program to reflect no buy out, or a different buy out that is appropriate for your auctions. Then re-upload the auctions to apply the changes to the active listings on the site.
