Auction number 1461873 (http://www.webidz.com/US-Coin1889CC-CARSON-CITY-SILVER-DOLLAR-RARE-DATE,name,1461873,auction_id,auction_details) is 99% likely a fake coin. This seller is again from China where there is a huge problem with counterfeit Morgan dollars. This is an 1889-CC Morgan dollar that "sold" for $32.00. According to the latest price guide (http://values.hobbizine.com/morgan-dollars.html), that coin sells for $500.00 in the lowest collectible condition (G-4). There is no way that a reputable person would sell this coin for such a low price. Also, all 3 of the Morgan dollars recently "sold" by this person have been purchased by the same person. I find it extremely hard to believe that these coins coming from China are at all real.

I would like to ask you guys if you could submit such reports via a PM or a ticket. This would be a benefit for a couple reasons:

1) If the seller of a reported item is legit, we would not want to harm their reputation in any way.

2) Our pages get indexed by the search engines very frequently, and we would rather not be indexed too many times with the keywords couterfeit, fake, etc.

We greatly appreciate the reports, as they help us maintain legitimacy of items listed. We just want to ensure that it is not detrimental to us or our members. keep up the great work.

Is it possible to put a link in each item that is listed so when a buyer
see or believes that an item is fake or a forbidden item he can click
on it to report it?

Ace, I think that would be a super idea as well. If it is can not implemented at this time,
then a person needs to file a complaint or contact Admin or myself. I don't like to use
those report buttons, but they can be pretty cool!! :D

For now the easiest way to do this would be to click the "send this auction to friend" link, then send it to admin@webidz.com. Please be sure to send as much supporting documentation as possible in the description. A generic report of "I think this is fake" may just get deleted, as this could get very time consuming on our end. We are not experts on any types of products, and any details you could provide would help us greatly in researching such items.
