As many of our members may already be aware, WeBidz staff has not been very good at monitoring and keeping the community pages active. WeBidz now has its first moderator for the community pages, which includes forum and blog pages. The new mod is Lanascountry.
We feel that Lanascountry will provide the much needed attention that the community needs, and possibly put some life into these pages. They have already expressed much interest in the forum, regarding challenges, contests and overall promotion. They have been a member of the WeBidz site for a couple years, and they have many years experience in the moderator type role. We are very excited to have them onboard, and think they will be a strong asset to the community as a whole.
Their focus will be more in the area customer service and promotions. They are not responsible for technical aspects of the site, but they will be able to provide more of this type of support/answers as they learn the workings of the WeBidz site. Please do not get angry at them if they do not have immediate answers for all your questions, as they should not be expected to know all.
