I bid on my 1st auction and won on 4/22. I paid 67.20 via paypal. I have been trying to get ahold of the seller ever since to see when she is going or has shipped. I have had no responce. What is an allowable amout of time to wait for the shipment? And what can I do if I don't get the shipment? Thankyou

Hi ice,
I think that FTC rules are that sellers have 30 days to ship.....you paid through paypal......they have their own rules to protect buyers and sellers....I think their rule for seller protection is 7 days to ship.
Your seller is Beck2008, she only has 2 feedback (1 for sale, and 1 for purchase)....but both are positive. Beck may be out of town for the weekend or something personal may have come up. I'm sure you will hear from her soon. Either way......with paypal if you dont hear from or get your item from the seller, you can open a dispute, but you can't do that until day 8 from payment. So give it a few more days. I bet Beck has not been able to get to the comp and you will hear from her soon.

You have 45 days from date of payment to file any kind of dispute, item not received, item not as described, whatever the case may be. So there is plenty of time to resolve. But I bet it won't even get that far.

Ice, is there no reference in pay/pal to your item shipping? I also wanted to ask
if she drop ships? If so she should have mentioned in ad or told you. I would continue
to try to contact her, if no luck by next week, I would do a support ticket so Admin
can update status for you. I would say give your seller at least 10 days to respond,
however. I hope it turns out great for you.

Please open a ticket at http://helpdesk.webidz.com, so we can assist you with this issue. Our policy is that sellers need to contact buyers within 72 hours of sale/payment. Some sellers are a little slower with replying, due to jobs, family, etc. Sometimes it is just an issue with spam filters blocking messages. Either way, please provide us this info via a ticket, so we can contact this seller for you.
Our help desk is a little slow at this time, due to some staffing changes. But we will do our best to be as timely as possible.
