Hello Webidz,
OK that is a weird title. In my SOLD page there are lots of items that have been deleted. There is no information on these items and I can't delete them. Some just show up and I'm not sure if I actual sold something or not. The red DELETE link is on a few of the items, but most don't have a delete function or any other way to get rid of them. It is starting to be a bit of clutter.
Thanks and Keep up the Good Work, Drake.

Drake,
Items that say deleted are older items that have been moved from our live database and placed in our archive database. I see that a couple of the sales are recent (mid march), that evidently are a result of our March meltown. Usually any items marked as deleted are 90-120 days old. If you have an auction that you need to see an archived copy, please enter the below url in your browser and replace XXXXX with the auction number. With our new archive system, auctions will be stored up to a couple years.

back you original issue...
With our current setup, it can be a bit confusing to remove sold auctions. On the sold items page, the only items that can be removed are those that have not been invoiced. Once invoiced there would not be a delete option, as there is an invoice connected to the auction. To remove the auction(s) in question, you would want to navigate to your "invoices sent" tab. Find the appropriate auction(s), and delete the invoice. This would delete the invoice and remove the auction(s) from your sold items page.
I have removed all of your old deleted items, except a couple. So you can perform this action to understand how this works.
We know this current setup is not very user friendly, and this process will be changed with our new platform that is to be released next year.
