There is an error report text document in the install directory. But I think your issue is that you imported your csv before downloading master data... which I have replied to your other post in regards to this.

Here is what I did. I updated (downloaded) master data, then uploaded the cvs file. Am I supposed to restart the program after I download the master data file.

1) I updated the data master
2) imported the cvs file
3) highlighted it then move it to upload area
4) uploaded and recieved the following error (per error report)

01/12/08 7:01:01 PM CommonMethods Could not load file or assembly 'http://www.webidz.com/downloads/auction_manager/update.exe/WeBidz_Auction_Manager.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I find that if between step 2 and 3 iI i open each individual item and save, it will then load to website.

In looking at your error report, it appears you are running v1.4.6 or before? As there were auto update issues in these versions (as well as some other bugs). Which the auto update appears to be an issue here.

We recommend that you first "check for updates" from the tools menu. If this does not work, you may have to uninstall this version, then install the new version.

If you have auctions in the auction manager program that you have yet to upload, you can use the "backup auctions" options from the file menu, to save your items before uninstall. Then after installing the new version, you can use the "restore auctions" option to import back into the program. This also saves all your profile info as well, as long as you leave that option checked when exporting.

If your auctions are already uploaded to the WeBidz site, this will be much easier... As you can simply "update inventory from WeBidz" after you install the new version, and it will download all your active auctions. So there would be no need to complete the above export/import steps.

Below is the url for the latest version of the auction manager. You would need to just download and extract the contents to your desktop. After uninstalling the previous version, you would execute the setup.exe file to complete install. After install is complete you would enter your username and password on the preferences page. Then download master data from the file menu. Now you can "update inventory from WeBidz" from the file menu, and this will update all your inventory from the site.
