Many users have found that displaying their combined feedback from multiple auction sites within their WeBidz auctions and profile has helped them be more successful sellers.

This is an attempt to bring together in an orderly fashion all of the necessary information for getting your Repatoo feedback badge and installing it into your auctions, profile and forum signature.

1. How to get your Repatoo feedback badge:

Sign up for the Repatoo service at http://www.repatoo.com (http://beta.repatoo.com)
Associate and verify at least one auction account
Click on the "create links" tab of the "my account" area
Select the style of badge that you want
Select whether you want HTML (for auction listings/stores) or BBCode (for the forum)
Click the "Create" button
Select All/Highlight the HTML/BBCode
Copy it and paste it wherever you like!

2. How place your Repatoo badge in your WeBidz forum signature:

Click on the "User CP" link in the WeBidz forum
Click on "Edit Signature"
Paste the BBCode generated on the Repatoo site into the "Your Signature" area. It should look similar to this:
http://www.repatoo.com/images/badge4/1.png (http://www.repatoo.com/?action=lookup&user=1414079)
Click "Preview Signature" (your badge should now show up)
Click "Save Signature"

3. How place your Repatoo badge in your WeBidz auctions:

Click on "Main Settings"
In the tool bar above the "Store Description" entry field, at the far right, there is a button that has <> on it and if you hover over it, it will say "View/Edit Source".
Click this and it will let you directly edit the HTML source.
Paste in the HTML code generated on the Repatoo site.

I know there are other ways/things that you can do with the Repatoo HTML (place in your profile or in the WAM, etc.), so if you have tricks that others might find useful (or if something that I wrote above is incorrect), please post them below.

I ran into this problem at Repatoo when I changed my username. Repatoo does not automatically update your new username. You will need to do the update manually by yourself. I think I should share the response I received back from Repatoo with other WeBidz members. Please read the response below. if you ever ran into the same problems.

You can either delete your old eBay account and add your new one, or keep both of them on your Repatoo account.

You can add a new account by clicking on the “add an account” link in the “account settings” area. Select eBay and enter your new information.

To delete your old one (if you want to), simply click on the red “X” in the box next to your eBay account in your Repatoo account area.

Please don’t hesitate to write back if you have additional questions.

Best regards,

Allen
