I just listed an item and it worked for me. Can you try it again, while I am here?
Thanks,
Roz

I tried to get your attention, but you left the community. I even sent you a private message to try to get your attention. Maybe you will try again, and this time it will work for you. Sorry I could not help you this morning, I am off to work now.
Bidding you success,

Roz,
Thanks for your help... Tiger, we are not aware of any site issues that would be causing such issues. We have just tested, and all is working on our end as well. We would recommend closing all your open browsers, the opening and trying again.

think hes having a problem like i had. in my discriptions it would not except certain
html coding how i got around this was to fill out all the other info and just put a test
word in the discription area save the listing then i would edit the listing and put the
discription in than save it.
This takes longer but should solve your problem . let me know how you made out.

If you are using javascript, iframes, or dynamic urls, that may be the issue. If you have such code, please try removing then listing a test auction. if that does not work, please send code for one of your auctions to admin@webidz.com and we can take a look into this for you.

Tiger, I mentioned above that I use full HTML with no prob., at all. we sincerely want
to help you. Now if you try to put/add any java script it can/will have that error.
When you click on the <> at top of description box, hit the apply, enter, did you see your
auction and template in the description box as it should be? That is your view, and if it
looked correct and all other required fields were checked or filled in, it should accept your
auction (or draft) with no prob..One more question on that LAST page before you hit start
auction, was there any error message at the very top of the page in BOLD? If there was,
this could mean a necessary field is open, or not checked. It will NOT go any further from
any page it (the program) finds a error.
Hope we are able to help you figure this out. Just for info, what OS system do you use?
Thanks,
Lana
