That was in the "70's, I know it was popular about the time that I graduated from high school, 1973. Shortly after graduation I moved to Chicago, and we had a streaker through the neighborhood at work. That was in late '73. So that is my best guess as to when that song was popular. ;)

I graduated in '65 and about all me and my older brother ever thought about was 'Nam.
He served for 4 years (off and on in battle) and started soon after we graduated.
( he went in- in 66).
