Notify saler of a new sale/ question LIVE

I beleive we need to respond quicker to questions asked by customers and be notified as quicly as possible of a sale made and I beleive WAN if ran as service on a computer could interace with us and notify us saler if we receive a new question... or made a sale...

I am sure someone though of it but when would this idea be implemented?

EZ..to the best of my knowledge we have always had this, and as MJ says, you should
receive a instant email notice of question or sale, if set up appropriatly in your members
area.:)

We have had this option for at least a couple years now. You would want to check your email preferences in the members area, to be sure this is turned on for your account. If we receive continued bounced emails from a members account, we will turn all preferences off. So please be sure you are using an email address that you are able to receive these emails.
