why not advertise the forum contest and the forum points
sytem in the main auction site?

This would get the word out to visit the community link maybe
like a advertising box like the ones that are there now.

I agree, also gave you some award points, Ace!! That is entirely up to Admin, though.

Yes, we are planning on advertising the point system on the main site. We have been swamped with work lately, and have not had a chance to do this yet... but will be doing soon.
