Store Search?

Hi there, I can't find my store in the store search. Am I doing something wrong? I can find my friends stores. Any ideas? I submiited my banner and you can see my store if you click on one of my items, but no place else. http://www.webidz.com/13890,user_id,shopThanks so much in advance.

Hey there Velvet..
Well I checked, as well and because there is so many stores, I was unable to
find it either. Admin is out of town for a couple of days, but I promise to find out
the answer. Do you by any chance have a banner we can load for now to get
you started?
I work tomorrow, but will be back tomorrow night.
Wish I could help more. We WILL handle this my friend!! :)

BTW, I gotta figure out why MY banner disappeared as well.:eek:.I know it was there in
stores!! :confused:

Hi Lana,

Thanks for your fast response! I sure do appreciate your help. I did figure it out however. My store search comes up under Velvet's Touch and not Velvetstouch. That is my mistake totally. But it seems to me when I set my store up I had uploaded my banner and then it disaappeared. So I reloaded it and now it works great!

Hey Vevet..I JUST got home..(killer day in RETAIL!!) I have to work Fri., Sat., & SUN.

Hi Lana,

I work nights at a Veterans place here in MN. I am scheduled a 5 night stretch here over the holiday so I will be eating my turkey on the run! LOL My hubby will take to boys to the family's house's for regular meals and enjoy the family while I catch up on some Z'sssssssssss.

Thanks for your assistance Lana... It seems the issues here are resolved? If not, please let me know. Our current search function uses boolean logic, which is very limited in functionality. We have been looking into different options for our search technology, but all quotes received thus far have been 250k and up. We will most likely use our own programmers when they complete the auction manager program. This way we can fit within our budget.

Please let us know if your issues have not been resolve.

They are supposed to have a new release for us this weekend. So hopefully after testing, all will be good to go.
