Can anyone help me out on this (so called) Webidz Auction Manager program. I installed it, and got as far as writting my user ID and password.

It will not reconize my User ID and password to get into the site.

It keeps trying to install some program called: "program veiwer.msi. And telling me to inset the disc. (I have no such disc)

(I always had problems with .NET Frameworks, don't like it at all!) - Why can't Webidz be like Google Base, or ioffer.com and just have an upload page for one's .csv file?

I have more then 2300 products to upload and I don't have the time to play around with it. Get the show on the road if you want my business for I still believe that the Customer is always right.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We currently have the auction manager program temporarily disable, due to a picture upload issue. So all members are currently receiving a "check username or password" error. We would rather customers not be able to connect, rather than having all their auctions images messed up... which would require editing all later, after we provide a fix.

Our auction manager program is still fairly new, but becoming more robust as time progresses. The intent of our auction manager program is to be more than just a bulk upload utility. More of all-in-one utility for listing, tracking sales, invoicing, feedback, etc.

Some sellers do not have the couth that you guys have. I try to treat everyone with respect, even those that are a bit obnoxious. I just hope he does not treat his customers that way, as we usually suspend sellers that do not act in a semi-professional and courteous manner. We are all in this together, and we need to act in a manner that best serves the site as a whole.
