Editing An Invoice

HI,

I was wondering whether it is possible to edit an invoice. A buyer in France bought an item from me. The item was advertised with shipping expenses to the United States only, but the buyer went ahead and bought the item without contacting us for the correct shipping expenses to France.

What is the paysource Joy? Pay-Pal?
You can go to pay-pal and edit/create an invoice. From the site you cannot.
If you would rather not do international, you can retract/cancel the sale, they did not follow your TOS(terms of service)......your choice.
