Ok, guys here is another tip for you.
You should link to your blog in your auctions ( i don't think this is against the rules) This way customers and get in contact with you or you can use your blog to inform customers that you're going on vacation or out of town a few days and can't answer questions.
Just use the code below and remove the word TEST and put in your blog web address instead of the example one. (if you need help, just ask) your blog addres should look something like this http://community.webidz.com/blog.php?u=21377
