I've installed my WAM and love it so far. Imported a csv file and it worked. Can see a few shortcuts I can make to save time on the next import. heh :p
Question: As I import files, they are appended to the end of the inventory list, correct?
:D

Hi Lana,
I'll just wait for a reply, so I'll get a notice via email. Hope it will be soon as I'm considering listing for 3rd quarter. Thanks,
sylvia

Sylvia,
I believe new auctions do show below previous auctions already in wam, but not totally sure. You can sort the columns by revision date, so this would definitely show this way. You can also select to show only new items by clicking that option from the drop down menu, which is located at the bottom of the screen.
The coding for this program is hard coded for the PHP ProBid platform. So making compliant with PSU stores would be a very large task, which would probably cost around 20k and many manhours. So we would not be able to complete, as we need to focus our resources and time on further developing the WeBidz platform.

Well hecky dern...a girl can dream, huh? :)
Another question, as I'm building my import spreadsheet.
I will self host my images from my store; will the images come through if I use an image url? (much like someone using a photobucket account would)
(wait'll PSU sees *that* bandwidth... ;) )

Sylvia,
yes, image urls will work. I would suggest creating a sample import with only one item. Then test import to wam to ensure everything is working for you, and your format is functional.
