Sylvia,,
I tried to put my webidz banner in our myspace profile, it worked, till i clicked on it and locked myself out of our myspace due to phishing.
Tagged or Friendster doesn't allow them either.

I would strongly advise Webidz to get their presence known on at least the major social networking sites. Get all Web 2.0, ya know. As an independent store seller, I can tell you that I get a great deal of traffic from the different sites I'm on.

katandron1 - perhaps you were trying to use a referral code? I can't explain what might have happened to your banner, but I know I've had HiBidder's up before and some other sites (Really Smart Deals) with no problems.

Here is a Squidoo page I made where you may add your Webidz stores. I would also appreciate ratings :D

For your entertainment (lol) here's the one I made for the eBay Boycott:

If you aren't a member of Squidoo, you can join here:

(Yes, that is a referral link, and yes I will earn money if you join from it. Sowwy for the shameless plug)

James! Join from that one!!

Thanks for the info, I have saved the links to check out and know others will to. As Lana and others would say thanks! We all wish you well here. I am only one but know others here want to promote the site and see it grow.

Again best of luck to you!

Sylvia,

I think we finally have everything worked out with Google. There were some auctions that were illegal, so we had to find and remove. We have resubmitted and Google is going to verify that the items have been removed, then allow our feed. So it should be up within 24-48 hours.

The feed issue my take a little longer to resolve though. We are in the middle of preparing for a server upgrade, so much of our time is allocated to this. We will work on the feed issue here and there, but it looks like this will require more time than he have available right now.
