Does anyone know how long it takes admin to investigate a "NON PAYING BIDDER"? How do I know when action is taken against a "NON PAYING BIDDER"?

Hi Joyland, I am pretty sure the wait is 10 days to maybe 2 weeks.
Did you send a ticket to support and contact Admin with the number?
If you have past the date time above, you may also send me a PM with
the numbers and I will investigate it also. Sorry this happened to you.:confused:

At this point, it takes way too long (5-10 days)... There are quite a few steps we have to take on our end, which slows us down quite a bit. We are working on fully integrating into our help desk, so it will take about 1-3 days. This should be completed by the second week in June.

Those that send transaction issues directly to our email, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get processed. We are not making any changes to this process, so we strongly recommend use of the help desk.

We do not disclose resulting disciplinary action taken against other members, unless we feel it to be a member with fraudulant intentions. Then we contact each member involved, with detailed information.

FYI: If we receive a non paying bidder report, and the buyer fails to respond to our query, their account will be suspended every time. If the buyer responds with a somewhat valid reason, and they do not have a history of complaints, their account will most likely remain active. We decide on a case by case basis, and do not publish specific criteria for this.
