Over time we will be posting in this thread some of the major issues or questions members have regarding functionality, and the answers or resolutions to these. If there are bugs, we will not be posting in this thread. As once a fix is provided for the bug, the questions or issue would be obsolete. We want to keep this thread as clutter free as possible, and only address ongoing issues or questions.

Problem:
I imported my auctions from WeBidz, but none of the auctions have categories, payment methods, durations or currency listed...
I imported a csv/excel file, but none of my auctions are not showing categories, payment methods, durations...

Resolution:
After initially installing the auction manager, users must "download master data" from the file menu. This will populate your auction manager with the latest categories, payment options, durations, etc. You will want to delete any auctions you have in your auction manager, then download master data. Once completed you can import auctions and this issue will be resolved.
