Boss help me out here,


Okay, had a sale(yipppeee), imported my sale into WAM to be able to edit invoice to include shipping charges.

Invoice edit went well, clicked the button to send, then clicked the button to export the changes. Buyer says they received notice of invoice sent in their personal email, but nothing in the invoice received tab on the site.

I didn't get any notifications in my email (don't know if we do), nor does it show in my invoices sent on my selling tab.:confused:

I didn't get any error messages when I exported the invoice, just not showing anywhere on WeBidz, on my end or my buyers end.

I simply went to pay pal and sent an invoice so that I can have a copy that is printable. Buyer has that invoice with all totals on it, so they are happy.

Just thought you might be able to shed some light on why the invoice did not go to site.

Kat,

The buyer and you should both receive a copy of the invoice. I have just checked our "not monitored" emails, and have found that your copy of the invoice was sent to us. This was a previous issue that was supposed to have been fixed, but evidently not. I am going to forward this invoice to you, so you can see what it looks like. I will also contact our programmers, so we can get this resolved.

At this time the invoices will not show on the site, but we are looking to implement soon. If your buyer has not received, you may want to have them check their junk/spam mail folders.

Hey Boss! I have never ever recieved a copy of a invoice! Didn't know we were suppose too!

PS! Boss you didn't even say this to Kat this time?

LOL Thanks Boss, we got it all worked out though, thanks for the copy however.
Didn't know what the invoices from WAM were supposed to do, or where all they were supposed to go, since I had not invoiced from there before.
Package is already paid for, boxed and shipped on it's way to S.C.

John, Boss knows it wasn't a glitch between the keyboard and chair this time !

We have a new version of the auction manager, which resolves the cc to seller issue. Those already running the auction manager will just need to check for updates, then complete and restart the program. We have also updated the main download for the auction manager. So those completing a new install will get the latest version.
